After a successful partnership last year, Methodist Sugar Land Hospital will return as the title sponsor of the Fort Bend Junior Service League ’s Sugar Plum Market. This year’s “A Magical Holiday”-themed event will be held on Friday, Nov. 6, from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. at the Stafford Centre Performing Arts Theatre and Convention Center.
Another sponsor returning to the two-day shopping extravaganza is Pamela Printing Company. “We believe in caring for the community and helping our neighbors,” said owner Ann Smith. “We have been located in Fort Bend County for more than 40 years and are delighted to team up once again with FBJSL to make the Sugar Plum Market one of the year ’s most exciting events.”

The 9th annual Sugar Plum Market will benefit five charitable organizations in the Fort Bend community: Child Advocates of Fort Bend, Fort Bend Community Partners Rainbow Room, Fort Bend County Women ’s Center, Literacy Council of Fort Bend County and FBJSL Community Assistance Fund. Last year, FBJSL ’s Sugar Plum Market raised $111,000 for local charities with an estimated 6,000 patrons in attendance.
Sponsorships are still available with opportunities ranging from $250 to $5,000. Individual tickets will be available for purchase in the fall. General admission tickets are $10 each. Fashion Show tickets are $65 each.
