honor their friend and have a celebration.

Laura De Jesus and Christen Douds were chosen following their performances in
the Plaza of Sugar Land Town Square.

16) Drs. John and Johanna Higgins hosted their staff for a summer pool party and
crawfish boil. The teams are a valuable part of Johanna
’s Memorial Hermann Southwest - Heart and Vascular Institute and John’s HEARTS (Houston Early Age Risk Testing and Screening Study) group. Pictured

17) Patti Kaminski, Karen Mawyer and Leslie Woods recently jaunted off to Mazatlan
for some fun in the sun.

WHO’S IN THE NEWS
20) Congratulations to Royal Rische and Jackie Kilpatrick who were married on May 23
at La Colombe d
’Or Hotel while surrounded by family and close friends. The bride was escorted by
Ronald Kilpatrick Jr. and Scott Kilpatrick. Standing by the groom were his
children Kathryn Johnson, Shelley Pizzitola and Andrew Rische as well as
son-in-law Brian Johnson. Son-in-law of the groom, Jason Pizzitola, officiated
the ceremony. Grandchildren of the groom Jack and Jarett Johnson, Luke Stone
and Sarah Love Pizzitola as well as great-nieces of the bride Mackenzie Baker,
Maddie and Lanie Herring served as attendants. Mr. and Mrs. Rische are now at
home in Sugar Land.
