Fort Bend Lifestyles and Homes magazine Oct 2009: Mother/ Daughter Fashion Show1

This year marks the 25th year the Sweetwater Women’s Association honored its mothers, daughters and grandmothers in its annual parade of fashion. Supported by Sugar Land’s own specialty boutiques, including Ava Grace Children’s Boutique, Hemline, JoAnn’s, Kiss Kiss, Strasburg Children and Urban Rendezvous, models were dressed to the nines and Women ’s Association members were given a preview of the area’s best couture. An Albert Luiz Salon and Spa also showed clothing from the new boutique —Wardrobe, in addition to tending the coifs and make-up of the models, and Sweet & Sassy provided the children’s hair-do’s. The show was photographed by Nesossi Studios, and other sponsors included Fort Bend Lifestyles and Homes, Linens by Lisa, Texas Events, and the Flower Lady – Barbara Wishart. The mistress of ceremonies was Amy West, while Alana Oppman and Melissa Murphy emceed the Youth Fashion Show.

Go for the Bold…with an attitude. Stacey struts a one-shoulder Free People black tunic over Hudson ’s charcoal skinny jeans paired with black suede knee-high boots. She makes a statement with extra long, layered chunky stone necklaces and bracelets.

3. Paige Baham – Ava Grace

Paige is wearing red and pink tulle Poufy pettiskirt dress by Ooh!La!La! Couture.

4. Nicole Hill | Hemline

Nicole is wearing a watercolor dress by BCBG Maxazria. She has paired this flirty dress with black zippered tights by Free People. Fringe bag and jewelry by Hemline.
