…it’s the 2009 Sugar Plum Market presented by the Fort Bend Junior Service League
and Methodist Sugar Land Hospital.
“A Magical Holiday” will cast a spell over Fort Bend County Friday, Nov. 6, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
and Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Stafford Centre Performing
Arts Theatre and Convention Center.
The Sugar Plum Market is a two-day shopping extravaganza featuring more than 85
vendors from all over Texas, a two-day raffle with dozens of unique items, a
fashion show and luncheon on both days, and a Friday evening fashion show and
dinner.
This year’s fashion show contributors include Macy’s for both luncheons and JoAnn’s, Jos. A. Bank, Urban Rendezvous and Latte Tots for the dinner show. Beauty
Indulgence Day Spa
& Salon and Sweet & Sassy will provide hair styling and make-up services, with Michele Fisher from
Mix 96.5 KHMX serving as emcee. All three shows will be catered by Ray
’s Grill/Watercress Catering. In keeping with the magical theme, professional
magicians will entertain guests before each show. Fashion Show
|
tickets are $65 each and includes entrance to the 2009 Sugar Plum Market for
shopping on both days.
General admission tickets are $10. Proceeds from this year’s market will benefit Child Advocates of Fort Bend, Fort Bend Community Partners
Rainbow Room, Fort Bend County Women
’s Center, Literacy Council of Fort Bend County, and FBJSL’s Community Assistance Fund.
