FORT BEND BAPTIST ACADEMY’S
“GROOVY GALA”

1) Oh Behave! Todd and Nelda Prince were a key part of making the event a success. Todd served as the “happening” master of ceremonies and Nelda was live auction chair.
2) “Peace” Out The Fort Bend Baptist Academy recently “got its groove on” at the Sugar Land Marriott. Event honorary co-chairs Jody and Lesley Wyse and Evelyn and Don Janssen joined event chairs Jenn and Josh LaRocca in celebrating a fun and colorful event benefiting the school.
3) Love Bug Their boots may be made for walkin’, but honorary co-chair Evelyn Janssen, Diane Orth, Dana Pierson, Kathy Martin and Julie Barnhill think the gala ’s love bug is super groovy.
4) Groovin’ Table sponsors Terrence and Terri Gee kept the live auction lively while helping to support the school. The auctioneer was Fort Bend County Commissioner James Patterson.
5) Far Out! Feeling “far out” with the theme of the night, Chris and Christi St. Laurent browsed the silent auction for great finds while visiting with oodles of friends.
6) Psychedelic Lisa Baker, Jenn LaRocca and Marti Biles share a laugh at the gala and enjoy all the psychedelic colors of the night.
7) Super Groove Drs. Kim and Sam Cress were feeling groovy at the FBBA Gala. Their son, Carter, is a student at the school.

SUGAR LAND OPERA

8) Bravo! At the inaugural production of Sugar Land Opera were IPA Photographer Alisa Murray with London composer Howard Blake. Sugar Land Opera, a project of Imperial Performing Arts, is a regional opera company presenting innovative and interactive productions of the classic medium.
