International Preparatory School
“I found an outstanding learning environment for my children at the International
Preparatory School.
“IPS founder and Director Susan McMahon is passionate about teaching children not
only to be enthusiastic learners, but also to be active, caring members of
their communities. With an experienced and dedicated faculty that is as diverse
as the students and their families, IPS teaches children to respect and
appreciate the qualities which make them different from each other, as well as
those they share in common. The result is a learning environment that is
vibrant and welcoming, as well as comprehensive and challenging.
“When students and parents recently gathered to celebrate the ‘I’ in IPS, 16 countries were represented with colorful educational displays,
traditional foods, clothing, currency and more. Parents and staff were as
excited as the students, and the value of learning about each other, not just
with each other, was overwhelmingly clear.
‘Legacy in Learning’ is not just the motto of IPS, it is a core value that will shape the bright
future of this school and its students.
