Chef for You is your solution for holiday entertaining at the home, office and weekly dinners to go. Their Christmas Menu is posted at www.chef4u.net and the deadline to order is Dece. 20. The menu consists of Individual Beef Wellington with Gorgonzola, Mushrooms and Rosemary Port Wine Sauce, Ham with Cumberland Glaze, Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Chicken, Spinach and Mushroom Quiche with Swiss Cheese, Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Roasted Bananas and Candied Pecans, Spinach Casserole, Potatoes au Gratin with Bacon and Chives, Cornbread Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Fruit Relish, Green Beans Almondine, Green Bean Casserole, and their signature cakes and pies, including Raspberry Cheesecake, White Chocolate Bread Pudding , Kaluha Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Italian Cream Cake and Red Velvet Cake. Orders include easy heating instructions. Orders can be picked up Christmas Eve Day from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Karl’s at the Riverbend
Karl’s regular dinner menu features delicious rack of lamb, aged steaks, prime rib, wonderful fresh fish in season, Wienerschnitzel, and wild game items such as wild boar and venison. An especially delicious combo cooked on a cedar plank includes a small filet mignon, a prawn, and a small salmon fillet. There is a second “neighborhood” menu offered Tuesday-Thursday nights with comfort food with entrees priced under $11.
