sugar land life chain. About 700 people stood for life with the Sugar Land Life Chain along both sides
of Highway 6 from U.S. 59 to Settlers Way on Oct. 4 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Seventeen area churches participated. In addition to the national Life Chain
signs, such as
“Abortion Kills Children,” “Abortion Hurts Women” and “Jesus Forgives and Heals,” the Sugar Land Life Chain added a sign that stated “Pregnant Women Need Support Not Abortion.”
Life Chain is in its 22nd year as a peaceful, prayerful, public witness against
abortion. Life Chains take place across the U.S. and Canada on the first Sunday
in October, and this year took place in over 1,450 cities, many with multiple
locations. For more information, go to

and maybe some tooth decay as well, while sending sweet wishes to American
troops.
